일단 out-file을 이용해서 bat 파일을 만들어낼 경우 ascii 가 아닌 unicode로 인풋이 들어가므로 실행이안된다.
이 때 out-file 옵션이다.
Out-File -FilePath aa.bat -InputObject $input -Encoding ascii -Width 50
